✅ How to Enable Recording via the Dashboard
Recording is managed on a per-user basis. This allows you to choose exactly which team members need recording enabled without paying for those who don't.
Login: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Select Users: Click Users on the left-hand menu.
Choose a User: Click on the specific User Name you wish to enable recording for.
Subscription Tab: Navigate to the Subscriptions tab at the top.
Add Recording: Locate the recording options and toggle on Call Recording.
Select recording type: you then need to tick the boxes next to Call and SMS depending on what you would like to record
⚠️ Important Note: If you toggle on call recording but do not select calls or SMS, nothing will be recorded. You must select the boxes next to calls, SMS, or both for recording to happen.
💡 Multi-User Management
Repeat as needed: Please repeat these steps for each individual user that requires recording enabled on their line.
