How to Get Started
Ready to turn your mobile network into a business intelligence tool? You can activate AI Insights in just a few clicks.
Option 1: Self-Service (Via Dashboard)
You can enable this feature yourself for any specific line:
Log In: Access your ONSIM Dashboard.
Select User: Click Users in the left-hand menu and select the profile you wish to upgrade.
Toggle Feature: Go to the Subscriptions tab.

Activate: Switch the AI Insights toggle to ON.
Note: This must be done individually for each line you wish to enable.
