If SMS recording is enabled on your services, you can easily manage, read, and analyse your SMS logs directly from your dashboard.
π Getting Started
Login: Access your portal at app.onsim.uk.
Navigate: On the left-hand menu, click Recordings, then select SMS.
β οΈ Important
Service-Specific Activation: SMS recording must be enabled individually for each service on your account. Enabling it on one mobile SIM will not automatically record texts on your other lines.
No Retroactive Recording: Messages are only logged from the exact moment the feature is activated for that specific service. The system cannot recover or display SMS sent or received prior to activation.
π Quick Search vs. Advanced Filters
To find a specific message quickly, type a full phone number into the Search Bar and press Enter. For more granular searches, use the filter suite at the top of the table:
π Date Range: Select presets like "Last 7 Days" or define a Custom range to find messages from a specific period.
π Account ID: If you manage multiple branches or departments, use this to filter logs by a specific business unit.
π€ From (Sender): Filter by the number that sent the message.
π₯ To (Recipient): Filter by the specific destination number that received the text.
β¨ Level Up with AI Insights
If you have AI Insights enabled, you don't need to scroll through endless threads. You can search by the context or intent of the text conversations. Click the purple AI button and try queries like:
π¬ "Messages from last week mentioning 'appointment' or 'reschedule'"
π "Find all texts where a customer asked for a refund"
β οΈ "Identify any messages containing aggressive language or complaints"

View: Read the full content of the SMS directly in your browser.
