1. Standard Delivery (Quick & Simple)
Secure Dashboard: Access, play, and download recordings directly from your ONSIM online portal.
Email Delivery: Receive an automated email containing the recording file (MP3/WAV) as soon as the call ends.
2. Automated File Collection (For IT Teams)
If you manage your own storage servers, we can automate the transfer of files:
SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol): We can push recording files directly to your secure server at scheduled intervals.
HTTPS POST: Our system can "post" the recording data to a specific URL on your web server immediately after a call.
API Access: Use our REST API to programmatically "pull" recordings and metadata into your own internal applications.
3. Enterprise & Compliance Integration
For firms requiring real-time integration or high-level compliance (MiFID II / Dodd-Frank):
SIP-REC: Stream call audio in real-time to a third-party recording or analytics platform
SIP Trunking: Pass calls directly to your own on-premise or cloud PBX for centralised recording management.
