The ONSIM dashboard allows you to audit and track all business messaging across your mobile network. Use the SMS logs to monitor communication, verify delivery, and maintain records for compliance.
✅ How to Access Your SMS Logs
Login: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Navigate: Click SMS Logs in the left-hand menu.
🔍 Search & Filtering Tools
Finding specific messages is easy with our built-in search and advanced filtering options.
Basic Search
Direct Number Search: Enter a full mobile number into the Search Bar and press Enter. This will instantly show all messages sent from or received by that specific number.
🛠️ Using Advanced Filters
Refine your results using the dropdown filters at the top of the logs table:
📅 Date Range:
Click the Date filter.
Choose a preset (e.g., Today, Last 7 Days) or select Custom to set a specific "From" and "To" date range.
🆔 Account ID:
Click Account ID, then select All to see everything, or choose a specific sub-account ID from the dropdown to narrow your view.
📤 From (Sender):
Click From, then select a specific internal number to see all messages sent by that user.
📥 To (Recipient):
Click To, then select or type a number to see all messages delivered to that specific destination.
