Managing your company's data usage is simple with the ONSIM dashboard. You can view high-level usage trends or drill down into granular session logs for every user.
β How to Search Specific Data Logs
If you need to investigate specific data sessions, timestamps, or usage spikes:
Login: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Navigate: Click Data Logs π in the left-hand menu.
Search & Filter:
By Number: Type a specific account ID into the search bar and press Enter.
By Date: Use the Date Filter to view usage for a specific day or a custom date range.
By Account: Use the Account ID filter to narrow the results down to a specific business unit or sub-account.
π€ How to View a Userβs Monthly Total
If you just want to see how much data an individual has used during the current billing cycle:
Select Users: Click Users in the left-hand menu.
Select User: Click on the specific User Name you wish to check.
Usage Tab: Under the Usage tab, you will see a real-time breakdown of their data consumption for the current billing month.

Identify Spikes: See exactly when large amounts of data were consumed (e.g., during a specific video conference or software update).
Predict Overages: Catch high usage early in the month so you can upgrade a plan before limits are reached.
