The ONSIM dashboard offers powerful search and filtering tools to help you find specific interactions quickly, whether you are auditing a single user or reviewing monthly account activity.
To view the call logs, click Call Log from the menu on the left of the dashboard.
β Basic Search
To find a specific phone number or contact:
Direct Search: Enter the full phone number into the Search Bar and press Enter. The system will instantly filter the logs to show all matches.
π οΈ Using Advanced Filters
For more granular results, use the dropdown filters at the top of the call logs table.
π Date Range: * Click on the Date filter.
Choose a preset (e.g., Today, Last 7 Days) or select Custom to choose a specific "From" and "To" date range.
π Account ID: * Click Account ID, then select All to clear previous filters.
Choose the specific Account ID from the dropdown menu to see logs for that branch of your business.
π From (Caller): * Click From, then All.
Select a specific number from the dropdown, or type the number directly into the search field to find calls originating from that person.
π― To (Recipient): * Click To, then All.
Select a number from the dropdown or type it in to find calls made to a specific destination.
