If you notice a call with a duration highlighted in red within your call logs, it indicates an unanswered call.
This is a quick visual way to identify missed opportunities or track how successfully your team is handling incoming traffic.
👥 Hunt Groups & Red Logs
If you use Hunt Groups (where one incoming call rings multiple SIMs simultaneously), the call logs will display as follows:
The Answered Call: The specific SIM that picked up the call will show a standard log with the total talk time.
The "Missed" Calls: All other members of the Hunt Group who did not answer will show that call in red.
Why does this happen? Even though the business technically answered the call, the system logs the "missed" status for the other individual handsets to show that they were alerted but did not take the call. This helps you see exactly who was available and which specific user is handling the most volume.
💡 Summary
Red Text: The call was not picked up by that specific user.
Standard Text: The call was successfully connected and answered.
