π How to Check Your Usage
For an Account Overview:
Log in: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Home Screen: Your "Home" page provides an instant snapshot of the total data used across all active lines.
For Specific User Details:
Select Users: Click Users in the left-hand menu.
Choose User: Click on the specific User Name.
Usage Tab: Select the Usage tab to see exactly how much that individual has consumed in the current billing cycle.
To View Your Allowance:
To see the total GB limit for a specific line, click the Subscription tab within that userβs profile.
π Running Low on Data?
If a user is nearing their limit, you can upgrade their plan instantly to ensure they stay connected.
Select User: Navigate to the specific user in the Users menu.
Subscription Tab: Click the Subscription tab.
Choose New Plan: Select a higher data tier that fits your needs.
Instant Update: Your new allowance will be applied to the account.
π‘ Pro Tip: Renewal Dates
Remember that data doesn't "roll over." Your allowance resets to zero on your monthly renewal date, which can be found in your Billing section.
