β οΈ Critical Pre-Cancellation Checklist
30-Day Notice Period: All SIM services are subject to a 30-day notice period. This begins the day we receive your formal request.
B2B Contract Terms: As ONSIM provides Business-to-Business (B2B) services, please note there is no 14-day "cooling-off" period.
Keep Your Number (Porting): If you want to keep your phone number, you must port it to your new provider before your cancellation date. Once the account is closed, numbers are released back to the regulator and cannot be recovered.
Account Balance: Your account must be settled in full before a deactivation request can be finalised.
Broadband & Fixed Services: If you have broadband or other fixed-line services, our team will review your specific contract and advise on any remaining terms or early termination fees.
β How to Submit Your Request
The most secure way to log your request is via the ONSIM Dashboard. This ensures the request is verified and logged instantly.
Login: Access your dashboard at app.onsim.uk.
Settings: Click Settings βοΈ in the left-hand navigation menu.
Miscellaneous: Navigate to the Miscellaneous tab at the top.
Close Account: Locate the "Request to close your account" section and follow the prompts to submit.

Once you submit the request:
Our support team will review your account.
You will receive an official acknowledgement email.
This email will confirm your Official Cancellation Date.
Note: Your service will remain active and billable until your confirmed cancellation date. On this date, all services on your account will be deactivated and any associated phone numbers will be released. Please ensure any numbers you wish to keep are ported out before this time, as they cannot be recovered once released.
