The quickest way to change your primary contact or billing email is through the secure ONSIM Portal.
Steps to Update Your Profile Email
Log in to your ONSIM Dashboard.
Click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
On the Profile tab, locate the email field.
Enter your new email address and click Save.
⚠️ Important: Voicemail-to-Email Settings
It is important to note that changing your Account or Billing email does not automatically update your Voicemail delivery settings. This is a security feature that allows you to send billing information to an accounting department while keeping voicemails directed to a specific user.
If you want your voicemail recordings delivered to a new address:
You must update this separately within your call routing settings.
