Keeping your address current is essential for receiving physical SIM cards, hardware, and official correspondence. You can refresh your details in seconds via the ONSIM dashboard.
✅ How to Update Your Address Online
Login: Access your dashboard at app.onsim.uk.
Settings: Click on Settings ⚙️ in the left-hand navigation menu.
Enter Details: Scroll to the Basic Information section and enter your new address in the relevant fields.
Confirm: Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to instantly update your records.
⚠️ Important: Pending Deliveries
Updating your address in the dashboard does not automatically reroute orders that are already in progress. If you have an outstanding order for a physical SIM card or hardware, please take these steps:
