Need to change the business name on your account? You can update this instantly via your dashboard. Keeping this information current ensures your invoices and account records remain accurate.
✅ How to Update via the Dashboard
Updating through the portal is the fastest method and ensures your records are synchronised immediately.
Login: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Navigate to Settings: Click on Settings ⚙️ in the left-hand navigation menu.
Basic Information: Locate the Basic Information section at the top of the page.
Update Name: Type your new business name into the Company Name field.
Save: Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the section to finalise the update.
💡 Important Notes
Invoicing: Updating your company name will reflect on all future invoices only. It can not be changed retrospectively.
Alternative Method: If you are unable to access the dashboard, you can request a name change by emailing support@onsim.uk from an authorised email address
