If you need team members to access specific features—like billing, call recordings, or user management—you can easily grant them custom access directly from your ONSIM dashboard.
How to Add a New User
Navigate to Settings: Click Settings in the left-hand menu.
Open the Users Tab: Select the Users tab at the top of the page.
Enter Details: Click Add User and enter their email address.
Set a Temporary Password: Create a temporary password. The user will be prompted to change this the first time they sign up.
Assign a Role: Select the appropriate level of access from the dropdown menu (see roles below) and click Save.
Managing Existing Users
To update an existing account, click the three dots next to any user. From there, you can:
Edit: Change their email address or permission level.
Reset Password: This triggers an automated password reset email to the user.
Delete: Instantly revoke that user’s access to the dashboard.
Available User Roles
Use the table below to choose the right level of access for your team:

| Super Admin | Full Access | Same permissions as the main account holder. Can view and update all settings. |
| Admin | Operational | Can manage the account but cannot change root settings (i.e. 2FA, account passwords, or closing the account). |
| Call Recording | Compliance/ QA | Can view and listen to all recorded data, including Call/SMS logs and actual recordings. |
| Financial | Billing | Can view invoices, usage reports, and update payment methods/billing details. |
