Billing and Payment Schedule
At ONSIM, we aim to keep our billing process transparent so you always know when to expect a charge.
1. Initial Payment
Your first payment is collected immediately at the time of sign-up.
This payment covers your first full month of service.
2. Adding Additional Services
If you choose to add new services or features to your account mid-month:
Immediate Billing: You will be billed for the new service at the time it is added to your account.
Ongoing Billing: From that point forward, the cost of the additional service will be included in your standard monthly invoice, issued on your regular renewal date.
3. Monthly Payments
Following your initial payment, you will be billed automatically on your anniversary date (renewal date) each month.
It is important to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account on this date.
Please be aware that failed payments may result in additional charges to your account.
3. Cancellations
Our SIM plans are designed for flexibility and operate on a 30-day rolling basis.
If you wish to end your service, the cancellation notice period is 30 days from the date we receive your formal request via email or through the online portal.
