This is our most common payment method and is available for all accounts, regardless of size.
Supported Cards: We accept all major providers.
Automatic Billing: Your monthly invoice will be charged automatically to your saved card on the due date.
Easy Updates: You can update your card details at any time via your ONSIM Dashboard.
2. Direct Debit
Direct Debit offers a convenient "set and forget" way to manage your business communications.
High-Volume Accounts: Direct Debit is automatically available to any customer with 10 or more active services.
Small Accounts: For accounts with fewer than 10 services, Direct Debit is available at ONSIMβs sole discretion.
Note: If you have a smaller account and would prefer to pay via Direct Debit, please reach out to our billing team. Approval is handled on a case-by-case basis; please be aware that we do not guarantee your request will be approved, and we may decline the request without further obligation.

Active Status: You must maintain an active payment method at all times. If a payment fails, our system will notify you immediately to update your details to avoid a temporary service suspension.
Security: We use industry-standard encryption to ensure your payment data is stored securely and is never accessible to unauthorised parties.
Ex VAT Pricing: Please remember that all quoted service prices are ex VAT; the total amount including VAT will be clearly displayed on your monthly invoice.
