You can upgrade/downgrade at any time. Before making any changes, please note the following General Requirement:
â ī¸ Account Status: Your account must be paid up to date with no outstanding balance to process any plan changes, whether you are upgrading or downgrading.
đ Upgrading Your Plan
When it happens: Immediately.
How billing works: We will collect a pro-rata payment (a partial payment) to cover the price difference from today until your next renewal date.
Retroactive changes: Upgrades cannot be backdated to cover previous overages.
đ Downgrading Your Plan
When it happens: At your next renewal date.
How billing works: Your lower rate will begin starting with your next scheduled payment.
Retroactive changes: Downgrades cannot be applied to the current billing cycle.
How to Change Your Plan
Option 1: Online Dashboard (Recommended)
Log in to app.onsim.uk.
Select Users from the left-hand menu.
Click on the User Name you wish to change.
Select the Subscription tab.
Choose your new plan and data allowance, then confirm the change.
Option 2: Email Support
Email your request to support@onsim.uk.
Security Note: For your protection, this request must be sent from the registered email address we have on file for your account.
