Your data allowance resets every month on your renewal date. You can monitor your usage in two ways:
Method 1: The OnSim Dashboard (Recommended)
Log in to app.onsim.uk for the most accurate, real-time breakdown:
Total Account Usage: View the "Home" page for an overview of all data used across your account.

Individual User Usage:
1. Select Users from the left-hand menu.
2. Click on a specific User Name.
3. Select the Usage tab to see their current consumption.

Check Your Limit: To see your total monthly allowance, click the Subscription tab.
Method 2: On Your Handset
Most smartphones allow you to track data within their settings (e.g., Settings > Cellular or Settings > Data Usage).
Note: For this to be accurate, you must manually set your phone's "Reset Date" to match your OnSim renewal date. Please refer to your phone’s manual for specific instructions.

If you’re nearing your limit, you can upgrade to a higher data plan:
Log in to app.onsim.uk
Select the user you want to increase the data for.
Navigate to the Subscription tab.
Select a new plan that fits your needs.
Your new allowance will be applied to your account.
