If you have multiple services with OnSim (e.g., several SIM cards or a mix of virtual landlines and mobile plans) and only wish to cancel one of them while keeping your account and other services active, please follow the steps below.
How to Request a Partial Cancellation
To ensure the correct line is disconnected, please email our support team at support@onsim.uk.
Please include the following details in your email:
The Service Number: Clearly state the mobile or landline number you wish to cancel.
The SIM ID (if applicable): Providing the last 6 digits of the SIM card helps us identify the hardware precisely.
⚠️ Important: Protect Your Numbers
Once a service is cancelled, all phone numbers associated with that specific service will be permanently released.
Permanent Loss: You will not be able to get these numbers back once the service is disconnected.
Porting Before Cancellation: If you wish to keep any of your numbers by moving them to another provider, you must ensure the porting process is fully completed before the date the service cancels.
Requirements for Cancellation
Account Status: Your account must be paid up to date. We are unable to process cancellations or service changes if there is an outstanding balance on the account.
Notice Period: The service will be cancelled in accordance with the standard cancellation terms for that specific product (usually 30 days' notice, unless otherwise stated in your agreement).
What Happens Next?
Confirmation: You will receive a ticket number via email confirming we have received your request.
Processing: Our team will verify your account status and apply the notice period.
Final Bill: You will receive a final invoice for that specific service covering the period up to the disconnection date. Your other OnSim services will continue to be billed as normal.
