Important: Before You Cancel
30-Day Notice: All SIM services are subject to a 30-day notice period, starting from the date we receive your formal request.
No "Cooling Off": As OnSim provides Business-to-Business (B2B) contracts, there is no 14-day cooling-off period.
Number Porting: If you wish to keep your phone number, you must port it out to your new provider before your cancellation date. Once an account is closed, all numbers are released and cannot be recovered.
Outstanding Balances: Your account must be paid in full before a cancellation can be processed.
Other Services: If you have Broadband or other fixed services, our team will advise you of any remaining contract terms upon receiving your request.
Option 1: Cancel via the Dashboard (Recommended)
This is the fastest way to log your request securely:
Log in to app.onsim.uk.
Select Settings from the left-hand menu.
Navigate to the Miscellaneous tab.
Complete the "Request to close your account" section.
Option 2: Cancel via Email
For security reasons, we cannot process cancellations over the phone.
Email your request to support@onsim.uk.
Note: This request must come from the registered email address on your account.
What Happens Next?
Once received, our support team will acknowledge your request via email and provide your Official Cancellation Date. Your service will remain active until that time.
Note: Your service will remain active and billable until your confirmed cancellation date. On this date, all services on your account will be deactivated and any associated phone numbers will be released. Please ensure any numbers you wish to keep are ported out before this time, as they cannot be recovered once released.
