Depending on how you want your calls to behave, you can either manage this yourself or have our team set up a custom routing pattern for you.
Option 1: Self-Service (Ring All Simultaneously)
Best if you want all phones in the group to ring at the exact same time.
Log in to your Online Dashboard.
Click Hunt Groups from the left-hand menu.
Select the Hunt Group you wish to edit.
Use the Members box to add or remove SIMs from the group.
Save your changes.
Note: This method is strictly for "Ring All" patterns. If you need a specific order, see Option 2.
Option 2: Managed Setup (Custom Ring Patterns)
Best if you want calls to ring in a specific order (e.g., User A rings first, then User B if there is no answer).
Please email your request to support@onsim.uk with the following details:
Extensions/Numbers: List the specific users you want to add or remove.
Ring Pattern: * Simultaneous: All phones ring at once.
Sequential: Phone 1 rings, then Phone 2, then Phone 3, etc.
Timing: How many seconds should each phone ring before moving to the next?
Security Requirement: For your protection, this email must be sent from the registered email address on your account. If you cannot access that email, we will require additional identity verification before making changes.
