Pricing Plans
Basic Call Recording: Β£10.00 + VAT per line, per month (in addition to your base plan).
Enterprise & Archiving: If you require long-term storage, advanced encryption, or bespoke archiving for compliance, please contact our sales team for a custom quote: sales@onsim.uk.
How to Access Your Recordings
Once enabled, your recordings are stored securely and are easy to retrieve:
π₯οΈ Online Dashboard: Log in to our secure portal at app.onsim.uk to listen to, download, and manage your recordings anytime.
π© Email Delivery: If you prefer, we can automatically "push" recordings directly to your inbox as soon as a call ends.
β How to Enable Recording via the Dashboard
Recording is managed on a per-user basis. This allows you to choose exactly which team members need recording enabled without paying for those who don't.
Login: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Select Users: Click Users on the left-hand menu.
Choose a User: Click on the specific User Name you wish to enable recording for.
Subscription Tab: Navigate to the Subscriptions tab at the top.
Add Recording: Locate the recording options and toggle on Call Recording.
Select recording type: you then need to tick the boxes next to Call and SMS depending on what you would like to record
β οΈ Important Note: If you toggle on call recording but do not select calls or SMS, nothing will be recorded. You must select the boxes next to calls, SMS, or both for recording to happen.

Repeat as needed: Please repeat these steps for each individual user that requires recording enabled on their line.
