If your service has been disconnected due to a missed payment, here is what you need to know about settling your balance and getting back online.
My service was terminated. Can I reinstate it?
If you missed the final payment deadline and your account has been terminated, you must contact our Support Team immediately to discuss your options.
Step 1: Contact Support Email us at support@onsim.uk. Our team will review your account status.
Step 2: Settle the Balance All outstanding payments must be settled via BACS (Bank Transfer). Once you contact us, our support team will provide the necessary bank details.
Step 3: Account Review After payment is confirmed, your request will be referred to our Accounts Team. They will determine if it is possible to reactivate your services. A reinstatement fee may apply as per our terms and conditions.
Will I be able to get my previous numbers back?
We cannot guarantee that your original numbers will be available.
Important Note: To keep our system efficient, we do not hold onto numbers for long once an account has been terminated for non-payment.
Whether or not you can reclaim your specific landline or mobile number depends entirely on how quickly you contact us after the termination date. If the number has already been released back into the central pool, it may be permanently lost.
