If AI Insights is enabled on your services, you no longer need to remember exact dates or phone numbers to find a specific conversation. You can now search for calls and SMS based on what was actually said.
🔍 Searching with Natural Language
Standard filters show you who called; AI Insights shows you why they called.
Login: Access your portal at app.onsim.uk.
Navigate: On the left-hand menu, click Recordings, then select Calls or SMS.
Select AI Insights: Click the purple AI button located near the search bar.
Query: Type your request using natural, conversational English.
Try these examples:
💬 "Find calls from yesterday where we discussed the price of cheese."
📑 "Show me all cancellation requests from the last 30 days."
⚠️ "Identify calls containing swearing or aggressive language."
📦 "Find messages where the customer asked about delivery tracking."
📑 Reviewing the Conversation
Once you have located the correct record, click the "i" (Info) button to open the deep-dive view. Here, the AI transforms the raw audio or text into actionable data:
1. Smart Transcription
Full Text: View the entire conversation converted into an easy-to-read script.
Perfect Timestamp Sync: The text and audio are locked together. As you listen, the transcript highlights the spoken words in real-time.
Click-to-Jump: Spotted an important sentence? Click the text, and the audio player will instantly jump to that exact second.
💡 Pro Tip: Use AI Insights to monitor "Compliance Keywords." For example, search for "Calls where we forgot to mention the recorded line disclaimer" to find training opportunities for your team.
