How to Get Started
Activating AI Insights takes just a few clicks. You can manage this yourself via the dashboard or ask our team for help.
Option 1: Self-Service (Via Dashboard)
You can enable this feature instantly for any individual line:
Log In: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Select User: Click Users in the left-hand menu and select the profile you wish to upgrade.
Navigate to Subscriptions: Click the Subscriptions tab at the top of the user profile.
Activate: Locate AI Insights and switch the toggle to ON.
Note: Activation must be done individually for each line you wish to enable.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you have a large number of lines to enable at once, or prefer our team to handle the setup:

⚠️ Important Reminder
AI Insights is not retrospective. Once enabled, the system will only begin processing and transcribing new calls and messages from that moment forward. Any communication made before the toggle was turned on cannot be transcribed.
