AI Insights transforms your call recordings from simple audio files into a fully searchable database of business intelligence. Instead of manually listening to hours of audio, you can use natural language to find exactly what you need in seconds.
⚠️ Important: Before You Begin
Activation Required: AI Insights must be enabled on each individual user line via the Subscription tab as it is an add-on product.
Not Retrospective: The system only processes and transcribes new calls from the moment it is enabled. It cannot transcribe historical calls made before activation.
🔍 How to Search Using Natural Language
Navigate: Go to the Recording menu on your dashboard and select Calls.
Select AI Search: Click the AI Insights purple button.
Ask a Question: Type your query in plain English. For example:
💬 “Calls from yesterday where a client mentioned 'pricing'”
📑 “Find all calls from last week involving 'cancellation requests'”
⚠️ “Identify calls containing 'aggressive language' or 'complaints'”
📦 “Show me discussions regarding 'shipping delays'”
The system will instantly generate a list of all calls that match the themes or keywords in your request.
📄 Reviewing the Transcription
Once you find the relevant call, click the "i" (Information) button to view the interactive transcript window.
Full Transcription: Review the entire conversation in text format, accurately broken down by speaker.
Perfect Timestamp Sync: The audio and text are perfectly synchronised. As you listen, the transcript highlights the words in real-time so you can follow along easily.
Click-to-Jump Navigation: Notice a key moment in the text? Click any sentence in the transcript, and the audio player will instantly jump to that exact second in the recording.
📥 Managing Your Data
From the AI search results, you can use the action buttons to:
▶️ Play: Listen to the recording immediately.
ℹ️ Info: Open the transcript and sentiment analysis.
📥 Download: Save the recording or the transcript for your internal records.
