At ONSIM, we offer the flexibility to change your plan at any time to suit your evolving business needs. Whether you need more data for a busy month or want to scale back, you can manage these changes directly from your dashboard.
⚠️ General Requirement
Account Status: Your account must be paid up to date with no outstanding balance to process any plan changes.
🚀 Upgrading Your Plan
Effective Date: Upgrades happen immediately.
Billing: We will collect a pro-rata payment (a partial payment) to cover the price difference from today until your next scheduled renewal date.
Usage: Upgrades cannot be backdated to cover data overages already incurred.
📉 Downgrading Your Plan
Effective Date: Changes take effect at your next renewal date.
Billing: Your new, lower rate will begin starting with your next scheduled monthly payment.
Current Cycle: Downgrades cannot be applied to the current billing cycle already in progress.
✅ How to Change Your Plan
Log in: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Select Users: Click Users in the left-hand menu.
Choose User: Click on the User Name you wish to modify.
Subscription Tab: Navigate to the Subscription tab.
Confirm Change: Select your new plan and data allowance, then click to confirm.
