Once you have inserted your new SIM, please follow this checklist to ensure your service is fully optimised for our network.
✅ Essential Checklist (Must Do)
Please go into your phone's Settings and tick off these three items to ensure the best call quality and reliability:
[ ] Enable SIM Ensure the ONSIM line is toggled to On in your Cellular/Mobile Data settings.
[ ] Turn on VoLTE (4G Calling) This allows you to make high-definition voice calls over our 4G network. For a guide on how to do this, click here.
[ ] Turn on Wi-Fi Calling This ensures you stay connected even in areas with poor cellular coverage by routing calls through Wi-Fi. For a guide on how to do this, click here.
🛠️ Plan-Specific Steps (May Need to Do)

Data Settings: If your plan includes data and it isn't working yet, you may need to update your device's APN settings.

Number Porting: If you are moving a number to us, ensure you have submitted the correct information to our support team.
❓ Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues, please reboot your device first. This often fixes most connection problems by forcing the SIM to re-register with the network.
