1. Pricing and SMS Capabilities
Cost: Additional numbers can be added for Β£1.00 + VAT per month, per number.
Incoming Calls: All numbers assigned to your SIM are active and ready to receive calls simultaneously.
SMS Messaging: While all numbers can receive calls, only one mobile number per SIM can be designated to send and receive SMS messages.
2. Outbound Caller ID
Single Identity: You can select only one of your assigned numbers as your "Outbound Caller ID" (the number people see when you call them).
Configuration: If you need to change which number is displayed for outgoing calls, please contact our support team.
3. How to Request an Additional Number
Whether you want a brand-new number or wish to bring a number you already own from another provider, the process is simple:

Porting Existing Numbers: If you are porting a second number onto our service, please be aware that a porting fee may apply. Our team will confirm any applicable charges during the request process. To port a number, please refer to our porting guides.
Important Reminder: Do not cancel your service with your current provider until the port is fully confirmed as complete. Cancelling early may result in the permanent loss of your number.
