By default, voicemail notifications are sent to the user's primary email. You can customise this destination for individual lines or shared numbers.
Option 1: The Online Dashboard (Individual SIMs)
Follow these steps to update a specific user's notification email:
Log In: Access your Online Dashboard.
Select User: Click Users on the left-hand menu and select the specific user you wish to update.
Navigate: Click the Calls tab and scroll down to the Voicemail section.
Update: Enter the new email address in the Voicemail Email field and save your changes.
Note: This process must be repeated for each individual user you wish to change.
Option 2: Email Support (Hunt Groups)
If you need to change the notification email for a Hunt Group (your main business number that rings multiple people):
Please email your request to support@onsim.uk.
Our team will update the central notification address for you.
⚠️ Important: Sending to Multiple People
Our system can only send voicemail notifications to one email address per line/user. If you need the recording to reach multiple team members:
Provide us with one central email address (e.g., office@yourcompany.com).

Set up a Forwarding Rule or a Distribution Group within your own email provider (like Outlook or Gmail) to automatically send a copy to the rest of your team.
