Automated Billing: Your services are billed on a monthly basis.
Automatic Renewal: For your convenience, your subscription will automatically renew each month to ensure your service remains uninterrupted.
Billing Enquiries: If you have any questions regarding an invoice or a specific charge, please email our billing team at support@onsim.uk. Our team will be happy to review your account and provide a detailed breakdown of your charges.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in flexibility, which is why all of our standard SIM plans are on a 30-day rolling basis.
How to Cancel: To cancel your services, please send a formal request to support@onsim.uk from the registered email address on your account. Alternatively, you can raise a cancellation ticket directly through your online dashboard.
Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the following month, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
Confirmation: Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
