How to Update Your Company Name
1. Self-Service via the Dashboard (Recommended)
Updating your name through the portal is the fastest method and ensures your records are updated immediately.
Login: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Settings: Click on Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
Edit Information: Locate the Basic Information section.
Update Name: Enter your new company name into the Company Name field.
Save: Click Save Changes to complete the update.
2. Requesting a Change via Email
If you prefer our team to handle the update, please email support@onsim.uk. For your protection, we follow a strict security protocol for manual account changes:
Authorised Sender: The request must be sent from the registered email address we have on file for your account.
Verification Details: Please include your Full Name and the Current Company Name listed on your account.
Security Check: To maintain account security, our team may reach out with additional verification questions before the change is processed.
