Option 1: Self-Service (Via Dashboard)
The quickest way to update your contact or billing email is through your ONSIM portal.
Log in to your ONSIM Dashboard.
Click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
Locate the email field on your Profile, enter your new address, and click Save.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you prefer our team to handle this for you, please email support@onsim.uk with your request.
⚠️ Security Requirement: For your protection, this request must be sent from the current email address we have on file for your account. We cannot verify your identity or change account details if the request comes from an unlinked email address.
Voicemail-to-Email Address
Please note that changing your account or billing email does not automatically change where your voicemails are sent.
