Zoiper is a free to use VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) softphone.
If you would like to use the Zoiper Application alongside your services with ONSIM, visit your app store to download.

Once you have done this and the app is installed, you will need to email support@onsim.uk for your SIP Username & Password.
Once you have received your SIP Credentials from our support team, open the Zoiper application on your mobile device.
When you open the app for the first time, you will be prompted to allow Linphone to access permissions on your phone, once you have accepted/denied these permissions you will be on the Zoiper home page.
Tap the "Settings" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the app, then tap "Accounts". (Shown Below)
On the accounts page, press the + icon in the top right-hand corner. When the application asks if you already have an account, press "Yes" then tap "Manual Configuration" and then tap "SIP Account".
On the next page, you will be required to complete the details, your settings should look like the image below. Once you have entered the details, tap "Register".
If your details have been entered correctly, you will see "Registration OK"
If you see this message, press the "Accounts" button to go back, then press the "Settings" button to go back again.
Your Zoiper application has been set up and is now ready to use.
IMPORTANT: We are not Zoiper and do not develop this software - we can only assist you with the Zoiper softphone product if you are an ONSIM customer.
We cannot support the functionality of the app, if you experience any issues with the settings/usability of the app, this will need to be logged to Zoiper directly.
PLEASE NOTE: This application needs to be open for you to receive calls successfully. If you would like to enable "Push Notifications" so that you can receive calls when the app is closed, you will need to purchase this feature from within the "Premium Features" in the settings menu.
