Once you have done this and the app is installed, you will need to email support@onsim.uk for your SIP Username & Password.
Once you have received your SIP Credentials from our support team, open the Linphone application on your mobile device.
When you open the app for the first time, you will be prompted to allow Linphone to access permissions on your phone, once you have accepted/denied these permissions you will be presented with 4 options, you will need to select the box to accept the Linphone T&C's and then select the "USE SIP ACCOUNT" option shown below.
Once you have done this, click "I Understand"
On the following Page, enter the details you have been given by the support team. Once you have completed the information, the page should look similar to the below example.
Once these details have been entered, click LOGIN
At the top of the following screen, you will see a message saying "CONNECTION FAILED". Tap the MENU button to the left of the error message, then tap SETTINGS.
On the Settings page, under "SIP ACCOUNTS" tap the number that starts "mxxxxxx" then turn the slider on that says "More Options".
Once all of the options have appeared, you will need to make sure your settings look like the screen below.
Once your settings match the above, press the back arrow in the top left corner.
You will then see at the top of the screen that the message has changed to "CONNECTED". Press the back arrow once more and you will then be at the dialpad of the app.
You are now ready to make and receive calls using Linphone.
IMPORTANT: Please note, we are not Linphone and do not develop this software - we can only assist you with the Linphone softphone product if you are an ONSIM customer.
We cannot support the functionality of the app, if you experience any issues with the settings/usability of the app, this will need to be logged to Linphone directly.
