To use Bria Enterprise, you must have an active license assigned to you by ONSIM. You will not be able to manually configure this app with standard SIP credentialsโit requires a User Name and Password specifically generated by our administration team.
1. Download the Application
Install the Bria Enterprise app (not the standard Bria app) from your device's store.
2. Permissions & Initial Setup
When you open the app for the first time, your device will ask for various permissions. For the app to function correctly, please Allow access to:
Microphone (To be heard on calls)
Contacts (To sync your address book)
Notifications (To hear the phone ring while the app is in the background)
3. Logging In
Once the app is open, you will be presented with a login screen.
Enter the Login Credentials provided to you by the ONSIM team.
Press Login.
The app will automatically pull your ONSIM configuration from the cloud. Once the status indicator turns green (usually a small circle or "Registered" message), you are ready to make and receive calls.

Software Ownership: Bria Enterprise is developed by Counterpath. ONSIM provides the licensing and configuration, but we do not develop the software itself.
Support Eligibility: We can only provide technical support for Bria Enterprise to active ONSIM customers who have purchased their license directly through us.
Third-Party Users: If you did not purchase your license through ONSIM, please contact your original vendor or Counterpath Support for assistance.
