How to Update Your Postal Address
1. Self-Service via the Dashboard (Fastest)
Updating your address via the portal ensures your account records are refreshed immediately.
Login: Access your dashboard at app.onsim.uk.
Settings: Select Settings from the menu on the left-hand side.
Update Address: Locate the Basic Information section and enter your new address details.
Save: Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to confirm the update.
2. Requesting a Change via Email
If you would like our team to update your address for you, please email support@onsim.uk. To protect your account security, please follow these requirements:
Authorised Email: The request must be sent from the registered email address currently held on your account.
Account Details: Include your Full Name and Company Name (if applicable) in the body of the email.
Verification: Our team may ask additional security questions to verify your identity before processing the change.
Important Note on Deliveries
If you have an outstanding order for a physical SIM card, please notify our support team immediately after updating your address to ensure the shipment is directed to the new location.
