If you have an E-SIM compatible device, we can provide you an E-SIM rather than a physical SIM for use with our services.
If you are an existing customer and have purchased a new device and would like to switch to an E-SIM, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request this.
This guide will take you through how to install your E-SIM on Apple or Android devices.
Once you have received your QR code, please install your E-SIM using the below steps:
Step 1. Launch the Settings app and tap Connections
Step 2. Tap SIM card manager
Step 3. Tap Add mobile plan
Step 4. Choose Add mobile plan > Scan carrier QR code
Step 5. Use your camera to scan the eSIM QR code
Apple (All iPhone models from XS onwards (XS, 11 12, SE etc)
Step 1. Go into Settings -> Mobile Data
Step 2. Select add data plan, this will then open the camera app so that you can scan your QR code
Step 3. Once recognised you can confirm by pressing the add data plan button
As part of the set up you'll be given the option to assign a name to each line and also choose what lines are used by default for data and for calls and voice messages. These can be easily changed later if you change your mind by going to Settings > Mobile Data > Default Voice Line / Mobile Data.
