Depending on whether you chose a digital or physical SIM, here is how and when you will receive your ONSIM service.
β‘ eSIM (Instant Delivery)
How: Sent via email to the address used during registration.
When: Immediately after your order is completed.
Troubleshooting: If you havenβt received the email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
βοΈ Physical SIM Cards
All physical SIMs are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 3β5 working days for delivery.
Dispatch Schedule
We aim to get your SIM in the mail as quickly as possible based on when you order:

| Before 2:00 PM (Working Day) | Dispatched the same day. |
| After 2:00 PM (Working Day) | Dispatched the next working day. |
| Weekends / Bank Holidays | Dispatched the next working day. |
Example: If you order a SIM on Friday at 4:00 PM, it will be sent out on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).
π What if my SIM hasn't arrived?
If you have not received your physical SIM after 5 working days, please let us know.
