We will lock your SIM to prevent unauthorized usage and ensure no unexpected charges are incurred on your account.

2. Stay Connected While You Wait
Don't miss important business calls while your new SIM is in transit:
Temporary Divert: We can set up a call divert to any other number (landline or mobile).
Voicemail-to-Email: If you choose not to set up a divert, callers will be sent to your voicemail, and the recordings will be emailed to you as usual.
3. How to Activate Your New SIM
When your replacement physical SIM arrives, it will not be active immediately for security reasons.
Find the SIM ID: Locate the long serial number printed on the back of the SIM card.
Email Support: Send your SIM ID to support@onsim.uk.
Activation: Our team will activate the new SIM, lift the security suspension on your account, and remove any temporary diverts you had in place.
⚠️ Security Tip
If your entire handset was stolen, we recommend changing your passwords for any apps logged in on that device (such as email or banking) in addition to locking the SIM.
