We can set up time of day routing on your phone system so that you can automatically redirect calls based on your office hours.
Calls could then go through to your office during your office hours and then outside of these hours they could automatically go to another number or straight to your out of hours voicemail, please see the table below for an example:

If you would like to set up time of day routing, please email our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request this and include the following information:
- Confirmation of your office hours and what you would like to happen during the times (see example above).
- If you have multiple users we would also need to know which of these users this is to be applied to.
Please note that if the timings are not clear or times have been missed out this may delay the set up of your office hours as our support team would need to check this with you before they can ask for this to be set up. It can take up to 48 working hours to be applied from the time where we receive all of the information needed to set up the office hours.
If you already have time of day routing set up with us and you would like to amend the routing options (either permanently or temporarily) please email this request to email@example.com and please ensure we are given 48 hours notice to do to this.
