Your SIM will allow you to "roam like at home" in the following countries:

If you need to roam in countries which are not listed in the table above you would need to contact us to see if it is possible to enable roaming to the country you are travelling to.
To enable roaming to another country, you will need to raise a support ticket by emailing email@example.com at least 72 working hours before you are going to roam to the country to see if it is possible to use your SIM while you are there and so that we can confirm what charges would be incurred.
To enable you to roam to other countries our support team will ask you to sign a contract to confirm you understand and agree to the charges which you will incur. We also reserve the right to perform a credit check and/or collect a deposit before enabling roaming.
Please note that once we receive all the information we need and approve the roaming it may take up to 24 hours for the change to take place on your SIM.
