Before you begin the upgrade, please ensure you have a supported device. To make outbound calls showing your landline number, you must use an ONSIM SIM or eSIM in a handset that supports VoLTE (Voice over LTE).

π οΈ How to Upgrade
You can process your upgrade instantly via the ONSIM Dashboard:
Login: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Select Users: Click Users in the left-hand menu.
Choose the Line: Select the Virtual Landline user you wish to upgrade.
Change Subscription: Navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
Select New Plan: Change the plan to Inbound & Outbound.
Confirm & Activation: Once you click confirm, the system will process the change.
π§ eSIM: You will automatically be emailed a QR code for your new eSIM.
π¦ Physical SIM: If you prefer a physical SIM card, please email support@onsim.uk with your request.
β Frequently Asked Questions
Do I keep my landline number?
Yes. Your existing 01, 02, or 03 number remains exactly the same. The upgrade happens on the backend.
Is there an upgrade fee?
There is no "admin fee" to upgrade. Your billing will simply adjust to the Landline SIM rate (Β£10 + VAT/month for the base plan) on your next invoice.
Can I use the eSIM immediately?
Yes! As soon as you receive the email and scan the QR code on your supported device, you can begin making outbound calls that show your business landline number.
