You can personalise your greeting for individual users or your main business numbers. Please choose the method that best fits your setup:
Option 1: Online Dashboard (Best for Individual SIMs)
Use this to upload a file, record via your browser, or use Text-to-Speech.
Log in to app.onsim.uk.
Select Users from the left-hand menu.
Click the User Name you wish to update.
Navigate to the Calls tab and scroll down to Voicemail.
Select Personal to choose your method:
Text-to-Speech: Type your script and generate a voiceover.
Record: Record directly through your computer microphone.
Upload: Choose a pre-recorded file from your device.
Note: This only updates that specific line, to update for other SIMs repeat the process. For Hunt Groups, please see Option 3.
Option 2: Using Your Handset
Use this to record a greeting directly from your phone.
Dial *98 from your OnSim device.
Follow the voice prompts to record your greeting.
Important: Make sure to select the option to Save before hanging up.
Note: This only changes the voicemail for the SIM you are currently using. If you have multiple SIMs repeat the process from each handset. To update a Hunt Group, please see Option 3.
Option 3: Email Support
Use this for Hunt Groups (main business numbers) or bulk updates across multiple lines.
Prepare your recording in .wav or .mp3 format.
Email the file to support@onsim.uk.
Clearly state which individual lines or Hunt Groups the recording should be applied to.
For security, please send this request from the registered email address on your account.

Updating a SIM? Use Option 1 or 2.
Updating a Hunt Group (Main Number)? You must use Option 3.
