Device Compatibility Requirements
For a device to be compatible with ONSIM, it must have the specific carrier files installed by the manufacturer to support our unique network features.
Verified Devices: Only devices that have passed our testing and appear on our official list are supported.
Unsupported Devices: If your device is not listed, we cannot guarantee that it will work with ONSIM, and our support team will be unable to troubleshoot any issues related to it.
Unlocked Status: All devices must be fully unlocked from their previous network provider before being used with an ONSIM SIM.
