1. Selecting a New Number
During the sign-up process, you will be presented with a selection of available numbers to choose from.
Custom Search: If you are looking for a specific area code and cannot find a number that suits your needs in the initial list, please email support@onsim.uk.
Bespoke Requests: Let us know the area code you require, and our team will check our extended database for additional options in that range.
2. Bringing Your Own Number (Porting)
If you already have a number that you want to keep, you don't need to choose a new one.
You can select the "Port My Number" option during the sign-up and order process.
We will then handle the transfer from your current provider to your new ONSIM SIM.
