How to Get Started
Activating AI Insights takes just a few clicks. You can manage this yourself via the dashboard or ask our team for help.
Option 1: Self-Service (Via Dashboard)
Log In: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Select User: Click Users in the left-hand menu and select the profile you wish to upgrade.
Navigate to Subscriptions: Click the Subscriptions tab at the top of the user profile.
Activate: Locate AI Insights and switch the toggle to ON.
Note: This must be enabled individually for each line you wish to upgrade.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you need to enable a large volume of lines or want help configuring your SFTP delivery:

⚠️ Important Reminder
AI Insights is not retrospective. Once enabled, the system will only begin indexing new calls and SMS messages from that moment forward. Data generated before the toggle was turned on cannot be processed.
