AI Insights creates a single, searchable index for all your professional communication. This includes:
Voice Calls: Full audio-to-text transcription.
SMS Conversations: Every text message sent and received is captured.
Cross-Platform Search: You can search for a keyword (like a project name or "invoice") and see results from both your phone calls and your text messages in one unified view.
Why it matters: If a client texted you an address but called you with the gate code, you can find both details instantly without scrolling through separate apps.
How to Get Started
Activating AI Insights takes just a few clicks. You can manage this yourself via the dashboard or ask our team for help.
Option 1: Self-Service (Via Dashboard)
Log In: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Select User: Click Users in the left-hand menu and select the profile you wish to upgrade.
Navigate to Subscriptions: Click the Subscriptions tab at the top of the user profile.
Activate: Locate AI Insights and switch the toggle to ON.
Note: This must be enabled individually for each line you wish to upgrade.

If you have a large volume of lines to enable or prefer our team to handle the setup:

⚠️ Important Reminder
AI Insights is not retrospective. Once enabled, the system will only begin indexing new calls and SMS messages from that moment forward. Any messages sent or calls made before the toggle was turned on cannot be transcribed or searched.
