Every recorded call now comes with a high-fidelity toolkit designed to save you time:
Full Transcription: See the entire conversation converted into text immediately.
Perfect Timestamp Sync: The text and audio are locked together. As the audio plays, the transcript highlights the spoken words in real-time.
Click-to-Jump: See an important sentence? Just click it. The audio player will instantly jump to that exact second in the recording.
The Benefit: No more guessing where a customer mentioned their budget or a specific deadline. Find the text, click the line, and listen to the tone of the conversation instantly.
How to Get Started
Activating AI Insights takes just a few clicks. You can manage this yourself via the dashboard or ask our team for help.
Option 1: Self-Service (Via Dashboard)
You can enable this feature instantly for any individual line:
Log In: Access your account at app.onsim.uk.
Select User: Click Users in the left-hand menu and select the profile you wish to upgrade.
Navigate to Subscriptions: Click the Subscriptions tab at the top of the user profile.
Activate: Locate AI Insights and switch the toggle to ON.
Note: Activation must be done individually for each line you wish to enable.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you have a large volume of lines to enable or prefer our team to handle the setup:

⚠️ Important Reminder
AI Insights is not retrospective. Once enabled, the system will only begin processing and transcribing new calls and messages from that moment forward. Any communication made before the toggle was turned on cannot be transcribed.
