We understand that plans can change or setups can take longer than expected. However, not using your SIM does not entitle you to a refund.
Why are charges applied immediately?
The moment your order is completed, we activate your line on the network to ensure it's ready the second you need it.
Network Costs: As soon as a service is activated, ONSIM incurs fixed charges from the mobile network to reserve your number and data allowance.
Ready to Use: This applies even if you haven't installed your eSIM QR code yet or haven't popped the physical SIM into your phone.
How the Cancellation Policy Works
All of our SIM services are subject to a 30-day notice period.
If you decide the service isn't right for you, you can cancel at any time, but your final bill will include the charges for that 30-day notice window.
This ensures we can cover the costs committed to the network on your behalf.
